    IOR Range Finder

I posted on this on the international forums & was told it's German.

What I thought was flakey rust in pic was saw dust from where it was stored.

From wear marks, it looks a good or something is missing from upper end.

Any help with further information would be greatly appreciated.

    Paul

        Are the stamped Sr.1971, Sr.1160 & P.Nr.2 unit numbers?
Would this because WW2 piece? Any thoughts as to value, can PM me if not wanting to post here.
Looking to eventually move this along as I mainly collect US military & NASA items

        Thank you
