KM binoculars mounted on boat for review

Hello gents.
Anybody who knows anything about these binoculars.
They were picked up in 1946 from a naval vessel based in Germany. The binouculars had this color in 1946 according to the owner. His father who served in the allied occupation force in Germany postwar picked the item up and brought it home. I guess these binoculars are rare.

Jan , these are the deck mount type.. Missing some parts and repainted
but , not easy to find and usually expensive. Are the German markings removed ?? I think Norway used these post war and removed the markings in most cases.

Denmark used them as well, as did France.


10x80 20 degree, Google should be able to find complete bino´s with this.


The photo show one that was used in Denmark. (sorry about the quality. Photo 20 years old. This was okay by year 2000 standards.)
