Unknown Panzer Driver Periscope

It appears to be Wehrmacht, especially due the dunkelgelb paint. I could very well be wrong.

On top of the paint, it is marked "0,3 atü." Not sure what it stands for. It could be Atmosphärenüberdruck, but that means atmospheric excess pressure...🤔

If I see it correctly, on top of the optic, you have a lens on both sides (front and back).
I assume the lever allows the user to look either back or forward ???

Never saw that type, although it definitely looks german ww2.

The blue is just a trick of the light. It has a semi-gloss black wrinkle finish on it & the two prism housings are made of a dark black/brown Bakelite.

The unit I have is indeed military it was used is WW2 German SPG,s I will try find pics that some other members here posted.

Might it not be a bunker optic? The lever at the right hand side of the case might be used to swing the prism back or forth so you can see in either direction. It might be for some kind of airtight installation...
