Zeiss 7 x 50's Focus Question

I recently acquired a pair of Zeiss 7 x 50 binoculars and wondered if any one can help with adjusting the focus.
The left lens is perfect but the right lens is very slightly out of focus ( at least to my eye's)
Is there any way that the focus can be adjusted or is it a job for a specialist ?

There's an adjusting screw near the eyepiece - remove the rubber and you'll be able to access it

Knob has come off but you should still be able to adjust the focus

That's great, Thanks a lot. I see that the top knobs are missing on mine.
I think I'll make a small tool to fit the two slots.
