    WW1 df 6x30 case

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong forum. I have this case and was wondering what version of the 6x30 would be issued with it. Yes the df 6x30 would be a likely choice, however I have not seen any serialed before 1917. The manufacturing style on this case seems to be before then. The research online shows 1915 as a beginning of df 6x30, but again no examples I have seen. The same site says the marineglas started in 1915 but there are examples of earlier ones, so I don't trust that source.
So was the df 6x have 30 mm aperature later like 1915, or was the 6x30 marineglas issued with it, or am I totally wrong and the case was made later. Anyway I would like to get the proper set for this rare case.
    Thanks in advance!
    Rick

You might try and google Fernglas 03.

Model year is 1903. But, for a 03 to be 6x30, it must be the n.A.

    Neuer Art. New modell.
So, a more complete designation would be: Fernglas 03 n.A.

Case is marked with the carl Zeiss logo. I currently believe the marineglas 6x30 went in this before they started marking the optics df 6x30.
