Beck Kassel 8x30 with unknown markings and blue dot

Last week I bought this binocular.

Beck Kassel, Spezial 8x30, with a blue dot, and a marking I don´t know.
Markings looks somewhat english to my eye.
The blue dot probably used to designate "quality"

Does anyone know what it is ?

The marking does indeed look British but I've no idea what it means. It's not arrow marked so maybe it's from a civilian organisation. I've seen optical items marked for zoos and laboratories etc.
