CAG 6x30 with original paint?

Would like to know other members' opinions on the paint, is it original or it looks like re-painted? The poorly painted blue triangle grease mark makes me suspicious.

I think it’s just a case of lazy workmanship, not a repaint. That would be a good set to get as they look un-fussed with (not taken apart) just my 2 cents (Canadian..[emoji851])
