Latest Attic find KM 10x80 eug

The amount of dust this had was unbelievable..
30+ years i would think sitting untouched...

overall optics seems to be good, as i haven't mounted it yet to check them.
The traverse handle is broken which i am about to make a new one.
Also the auxiliary sight is missing and the bar for the battery box for the light cables.

i think it cleans very nice!

I have a problem answering to your tripod questions.
    Must be threadrelated.

Number 8 is for a zeiss rangefinder, 1.5 - 3 meter. My guess would be 2 meter.
3 meter maybe but it looks too small.

Wild is swiss, but could have been made for the wehrmacht.

The one with an eagle over Su6, is german Reichwehr. Dont know for what.

          Pure Indiana Jones.

I guess one has to remove that dust. Too bad.

For those into comics, and lasers and science... try to find this in your native language:
          https://www.amazon.co.uk/Broussaille...ords=frank+bom

Worthy of honourable mentioning while we are talking Indiana Jones. Guess I am drifting again.

That is what dusty binoculars can do. Create dreams.
