Gentlemen,

We do apologize for our tardiness, but fact is that we weren't expecting such a rush on the book! We thought to have bought enough cardboard envelopes to last us for a month or two but we ran out on the very first day. Yesterday we've recieved new packing material, so we're back in business now. Francis and myself are doing all we can to reply to everyone before the end of this weekend - thank you all for your patience!

My copy arrived several days ago and the book is a tour de force. The quality and amount of research that went into it are incredible, and it contains an enormous amount of previously unpublished information. The illustrations are lovely, and I'm happy it's printed in English.
