You can determine this by the /II.
All Z.F. 3x8° with the /II at the end were used with Pak guns, could be 5cm Pak 38 (late), 7,5cm Pak 40, 8,8cm Pak 43, 8,8cm Pak 43/41 among others.
Adding on small reminder: but even if it doesn't have the /II its still for a Pak, but is for the earlier Pak 38 5,0 which were based on a carriage for a particular type of ammunition and relied on a handswitch for the additional strich lead needed. hchris is correct that the late 5 cm's had the /II's. Its all about the reticle - 3 (early) vs 7 (later and adopted for all Pak sights).
Rule of thumb.
Larger and heavier than your typical rifle zielfernrohr, large dovetail slide mount underneath and expanded opening of the tube at the end/objective = Pak sight.
If it meets the above, but doesn't have the extended opening and still says Flak ZF 3x8 alongside the dovetail mount = Flak sight for ground targets
