Exceedingly UGGLY.

( not like me, who are almost as slim, as when I was 15. Going steady as our local santa btw. Not that I fathom why )

But apart from that, what is it?

It looks like a homebuild or optical project - the knurled ring around the ocular barrels look so familiar. But not familiar enough for me to remember where I've seen them...

there are 2 serial numbers visible. With 50.000 in between.
Whatever it was, large numbers must have been made, or, at least, the manufacturer is a large one.
Cannon sights perhaps. The top plate would need to come off in order to mount the brass rings.

Ugly, (Dis taime wid åne g) but funny item.
