TUX 8X32 Binoculars

Attached are a vintage pair of bino's. I cant seem to find out any info on them on the interwebs. I thought perhaps this forum could could help. Thanks in advance.

Anyone even have a remote idea about these?

a civilian binocular.
Center focus makes military use seem unlikely.
I have no clue as to who made them.

Perhaps focusing on the other side of the binos would be better? There is an A and an O stamped there. Perhaps thats the maker?

Other side focus would probably not change much.
Center focus is not waterproof. that is why they are rarely used by military.

Military use almost exclusively ocular focus binoculars. They are close to waterproof.
