    Hi
    Could anyone give me some info about this one?
    Is it a gun sight?

    Here's another;

    bpd is Goerz - nice find!

    Panzerblickblick Fernrohr Pz.Rbl.F.5a German Army

    These optics found use in the armored couplings of the coastal fixtures.
    It works similar to a submarine periscope. The upper part could be changed quickly if it was damaged by chips.

    A special feature is the built-in circular plate for directional determination. When rotating on the right wheel, the periscope can be rotated by 360

    And here's some more info on a Zeiss one;

      Great. Thank you. It is not complete, but almost.
      Here is some more pics of it.
      Will you consider it to be a rare piece?

        I have very little knowledge of bunker optics so I can't really say how rare it is - maybe someone better qualified can advise you....

          The most common bunker optic is the SR.9, followed by SR.4, I would put this one as number 3, medium rare.... Like my steak

          There are several other bunker periscopes which are much more rare, the K.P.S. propably being the crown jewel.

            Dear Peter!
            Why don't you tell us more about the K.P.S. . It is not featured on the Bunkersite.
            It would be a shame to miss a crown jewel

                You are right. Hard to miss.
                I now remember reading about it before.
                A bit out of my range.
