    My guess would be a zeiss. They made these for orienting large rangefinders and for air surveillance/direction plotting of aircrafts. Looks like a model with an illuminated turnable graticule. Interesting item.
    Unfortunately, there are no photo´s of the prism house cover plate.

      It's one of the two the Zeiss 6x30 monoculars fitted to the EM 4M 34 and 36 - they came left handed or right handed and the Zeiss plate would have been on the flat bit near the objective with the empty screw holes - the lever is for a filter built into the housing to swing into place.

      I had one but it went to a more deserving member - now all I have is a license made Hungarian version ("Zeiss system") but still nice to use with the "gasmask" type ocular.
