I think it is a pre WWI monocular trench scope.
I saw a similar one somewhere recently. Maybe this is the same I saw?

Thank you for the information. Managed to find one simular one on this actuion. Dont seem to be in any great demand as this is in complete condition and still didnt get any more than one bid at 1$ :-)
