zf1128 hetzer remote mg34 optic question

I have this zf1128 optic used for the remote mg34 on the hetzer.
Can annyone help me on the 2 screws to close the plate on the top?

You need help to unscrew them or help to get two screws to complete the item?

-If the first case: then, spray or put a little drop of penetrating oil, take a screwdriver of the right size (make sure it adjustes well) then turn the crewdriver anti-clockwise carefully. If it doesn't come out, heat the screwdriver a bit, to warm the screw head and try again.

-if the second case: remove one of the original screws and measure it in mm. Provide a good pic of the original screw and the right dimensions of the thread...wait till someone finds the right replacement and sends it to you.
