Tripod Identification Help

I recently picked up a set of 10x80 Flak Glasses. This was the tripod that was included. Does anyone have an idea of what it might be? Thanks.

Yea or Nay

Can I get a "Yea" or "Nay" on this being a period tripod or is it post war??? Thanks.

Sorry, no german model I know. Being brass and some parts chromed or nickeled make me think it is either civilian, marine or/and not german. Are there no kind of stamps or maker's codes we could study?

agree it looks to be civilian, possibly a amended camera tripod

Thanks, No I could not find a single mark or code on the tripod. The 10x80 glasses are the earlier type having "Busch" spelled out and not the 3 letter code.
