The only interest on that Forum seams to be for the Kriegsmarine markings, but for us...

Meaning a drying machine/instrument for uboat periscopes.

I presume it can be used for the 20 degree stand binoculars to. It makes no sense to have to build different devices.
Does anyone know how the "trockenpatronen" in the Kriegsmarine binoculars were dried?
