Unknown 6X30 German Binoculars

Can anyone identify these binoculars? Are they WWII? I can't say that I've ever seen any like this before.

They appear to be binoculars which were presented to some one......The one inscription has grusse aus der heimat which I believe is translation for "greetings from home"..........The other side says I believe "Our beloved friend" with a name below that....6x30 is a standard WW2 size, but I do not see any manufacturer.....Do one of the lenses have a rangefinder present?....They are likely commercial, which may make it tough nailing down time period of manufacture......Does the case have any markings?.....It looks like it may be made of pressed paper, called prestoff....This was a ersatz(replacement) material, which was used when leather was in short supply....Bodes

( it could also translate into neighbourhood, or the old country. Basically the area from where you have come)
The names are for a woman and a man.

My guess would be an early postwar binocular. The case looks almost as a wehrmacht item, but the rim on the lid is a bit too narrow.

imo it is an early postwar model of the company Voigtländer.
similar to the german Dienstglas binoculars
the inscription means:
left side: our dearest friends "Lisl" and "Fritzl"
right side: greetings from the motherland
