    Russian binoculars?

I picked these binoculars up over 20 years ago in Eastern Europe, they have been through the ringer for sure, but are still quite solid. I believe these are Russian in nature, but can anyone confirm this? Are we able to determinbe by the number whether these are wartime or not? There is a built in range finder in them. Thanks very much in advance.

They're Soviet post-WWII made by ZOMZ - Zagorsk Optical-Mechanical Factory, Zagorsk. This marking was used until 1962. See this link - http://www.zenitcamera.com/qa/qa-logos.html .
