Your opinion on these optics please

I shall wish knowledge has what serve these optics:

The purple is dated 37, the green is dated 40

They resemble the Wild-Heerbruge panoramic scopes made for Swiss Army. Probably post-war, I'm not real familiar with W-H's numbering conventions, but I sort of think of all things Swiss as "self-defense" items which seem to have been carried through all up through to the 1970s. 1937 and 1940 might refer to the model type.

The German RblF 40s, which these resemble, is much more valuable.
