    flak or pak optik?

can anyone know what kind of lunett is this?for flak or pak?

It looks like a Z.F. 3x8 II for a PaK, but it could also be for 2 cm FlaK. Hard to tell the difference between the 3x8s.

      Agree w/Asb

Check the reticle inside. 2,0 or 3,7 will have the ladder-style markings denoting it as the ground target telescope for a flak gun.,

But the most telling is the forward mounted dove assembly for a PaK (Vereinnfacht or II) which is closest to the objective end of the telescope, that and the objective end tapers back out for a more bulbous end, while the FlaK scopes were uniform in circumference all the way to the end after the ocular taper.

measure is very dirty, but you can see the grid, ie after the appearance of Pak?

          Yes, It's probably for PaK.

          1 Big /\ with 2 small /\ = 5,0 cm
          1 Big /\ with 6 small /\ = 7,5 cm or greater

and whether this lunett has been used in vehicles or at the usual cannons?

No way to tell about this one, but yes, 3x8's were used in both standard PaK configurations (anti-tank/2-wheeled carriage) and in the Sdkfz that carried Pak as it's main gun, i.e, Marder, Sdkfz 251/22, I think Sturmtiger used one, too.
