read the desription of the binoculars and you will see that they have been blind and not usable. now they are perfect.

ebay is a selling platform not a place to make a better world. if you want to do that, start at your own door !

i bought a U.D.F. and a 7x50 beh "flak küste" for a lot of money because they looked ok on the pictures and the seller said "they are good". but they are both repainted. BUT I WILL NOT START TO CRY OR MAKE ALARM LIKE YOU DO.

Question to porro: Why you change (so sudenly !) your 'oma-kalkbrenner' account from general to private? Are you afraid of something?
I promised in e-mail to "oma-kalkbrenner" to tell all the truth to the winner of his auction (auction nr 330626038206). It was about fake sand 10x50 beh dienstglas binoculars. This fake-color binoculars has been sold for 440 Euro. I will find the winner of this auction and send him all pictures of orginal black color binos and for comparison all pictures of fake-sand color made by oma-kalkbrenner. Now I'm waiting for answer of Ebay stuff - about this multi-nickname faker and about his dirty bussines.

I think that you will need to wait until the purchaser provides feedback to the vendor in order to find out his eBay name and contact him. You may be able to raise your concerns through eBay directly if you believe that fraud has taken-place in this, or other previous auctions.

If the vendor has any honesty then he will contact the buyer first, and offer him a refund if his description has been less than honest or shall we say 'economical' with the truth.

As to whether the 'Restored' binoculars have been miss-represented would be something that the buyer would need to verify himself, and raise a 'Not as Described' claim, as appropriate. It's then in eBay's hands to decide whether the vendor is banned if the case is serious enough when they consider other sales across multiple accounts.
