      Hello again Discostu,

      If you meant this one:

      http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...fvi%3D1&_rdc=1

      I would

The distance plate seems original to the lafette, no sing of holes where the stamps are, date is good 1943, spare bolt box seems for MG42, transport straps seem original and also the leather pads. The only defect could be the colour, but that could be due to the photo. There are some other detail that show it is late war made: the base for the optic is stamped steel not aluminium, the release latch to dismount the tripod, and I'd also say the trigger lever system. All IMHO, of course.

      My vote is 10.

Hi the first one looks very good . the second one was dated 1941 was for the mg34 at one time it has been converted over for the mg42 more than likely a yugo convert.

Yep, the second has almost all the faults I mentioned that the first one doesn't have. I guess it's an original lafette34 yugo reworked .

The links seller has put to other MG items are not too good, as those items are not original WWII german, but post war or repro. The other MG2 lafette is also a yugo reworked one, but has the optic base at least.
