    adjusting the zf41. ....

Does anyone out there either know how or know a good resource on adjusting and zeroing a zf41 scope?

The elevation is controlled by the circular knob in the middle of the scope..... But how do you adjust for Windage? I have seen a few different odd tools for adjusting this device but that's about it........so please if anyone knows or knows where to find out then please help me with this one!

    Thanks

    ZV41 Adjusting tools

Hi, I have a (repro) set of this famous (albeit not very popular) scope which I would like to put on my 98K. Found a very good book with a lot of useful detailed illustrations covering all scopes between 1914 and 1945 ("The German Sniper 1914-1945"). It shows the wrench and two sticks required to make adjustments. First take off the sunshield and with a small screwdriver to take out the small flat screw at the front piece of the scope. The four pins within the wrench fit in the four slits at the front and you can take off the ring without a problem. You will notice two slits in which the metal rods need to be inserted and which can then be moved about as far as required. There's an interesting seller on E-Bay but unfortunate he's not shipping outside the US. I really would like to have one set of adjusting tools do my question here is: if you'd ever consider purchasing such set, why not buy one for me and send it over to Belgium, all costs covered of course... Hope this was useful... Best regards, Der Freiwillige. The Ebay seller is "gunpartscorp".
