Are These Carl Zeiss 7 x 50 Kriegsmarine Binoculars?

Can someone provide me with some info about these binoculars. They are marked "7 x 50", then a serial number, then "blc". From what I understand, blc was the wartime code for Carl Zeiss. Is that correct? Also, were these army or navy issue?
