    LSR ZF39 scope can

    Hello,

im trying to find someone that can provide me with some pictures of a LSR ZF39 scope can. Im trying to find one to use but at the moment im still unlucky.

Anyone know if there are repro's going around or even maybe a dealer?
or are you maybe the one that is willing to sell one to me.

Strangely enough, noone seems to be reproing the ZF39 scope can for the LSR mount. They make the ZF-41 cans but with all the repro scopes and LSR mounts on the market these days, I'm surprized noone is attempting to make them. I'd certainly buy one if they were available.
      Originals are very expensive.

LSR ZF39 were or are reproduced by a Frenchman; they were sold by him under minimana83 (or so) on ebay. They are very well made. If you do not have sufficient knowledge you may fall in. I did also in my beginnings.

Were going back "up".. I'm still not succeeded to find a repro casing. Issnt it strange that there alot of LSR ZF39 repro scopes but there's no dealer for the casings?

All of the zf39 cans have been heavily reproduced and were introduced on the market about 12 years ago. I saw a couple at the SOS. Because they are being sold as originals, it is hard to find a reasonable priced fake. I too was fooled by one when they first came out. I saw a couple at the SOS which were priced at $600. There were also some fake zf4 cans.

One original sold at $600, because he had a good one mixed with 2 bad ones He knew it was good but knows the market for orignals has been destroyed by the fakes. There were several other originals which did not sell because most can no longer tell good from bad. They were priced at the same price original used to sell for in the '90s. One LSR can even had the original scope adjustement key, but I could get him to sell just the key.

Ye I heard there were reproductions some year ago but also those are almost not even able to find. I do found one but also that for a price of 1000 USD. He didn't wanted to send me pictures even. I don't want to pay top prices cause I just want to get a responsable protecting case for my scope I'm going to use in the field ( Living History ). At the moment what I'm thinking about is to change a UK ammo pouch into a suitable scope pouch. I know the German snipers were very flexible with useing stuff.

But it would be ofcourse the best if I'm able to get the right cover.
And if I understand there are no reproductions made this days or a dealer who sales this ones in a while? ( I understood minimana83 had some but at the moment he haven't any in stock and communicating with him seems kind of difficult ) All help and info are welcome.

If anyone got another idea of getting creative to make a suitable cover I'm also open for those ideas..

If it is an original then it should be for a High Turret.
