    German trench periscope

    just goth this German trench periscope,purchase too the swedish army,maby a trade for swedish steel under the war(like some other military things from the german army,p38,PAK37 and soo on)i "liberate" the scope" from the the "new" swedish paint,and now i wonder/ask:is this a LW paint a see and whot about the "bronish" paint??(sorry for por english)

              markings...

              and NO,i have NOT found any marking on the scope is this bad???

                Trench scope

                These scopes are usually marked "dow". As a matter of fact the only producer that I know. Search closely the back of lower squqre for markings. Most examples are painted with typical tan;yellow paint. There are also olive-green ones, but rarely encountered.
