Strange 3,7cm Sighting Optics ?

Could you help me to identify this optics ? Markings : "Visierkopf Uw für 3,7cm", "Hilsvisier", "Zielauflassen" and "Luftziele".
There is also a scope : Beck +

ZF 3X8°II

Is this optics rare ? use ? Could you give me his value roughly ?

Optics

This is just a guess on my part, I may be totally wrong. I'm not an optics guy. All of the WWII optics I have seen have come in wooden crates. I haven't seen any in metal containers. It also seems quite large as if it may be gyroscopically stabilized. Could this be post war?

In my opinion these items are set of sighting optics for FLAK3,7 semi-auto gun.I found container like yours in old huose (attic) few years ago...Sorry I dont have better pics During that day I found only this container, thats why I took that fhoto.
I can't remember what was wrote on the front.
I think that yours found is very interestig and worth a lot of money...Till now I saw only empty carrier case, and I took quite lot for that on the local military show.
