The case is made in US for an US bino, the bino you have is German WWII, blc is the wartime code of Carl ZEISS, the dot next to blc shows which kind of lubrication grease is used and Dienstglas means serviceglass. -

Im guess my next question would be.. i cannot find a waffenampt anywhere, would you happen to know where it would be located? if indeed they had one to start with?.
