Good morning, here is a pair of Nedinsco Zeiss 8x30 whose lenses are graded for military use. I saw that some examples of this model were exported in the 1920s to the armies of South Africa, Switzerland and South American countries. In all these examples, this model of binoculars bears the mark of the nation which acquired the stock. On the Internet some claim that unmarked models like the one here in the photo would have been intended for the Red Army. but why couldn't these twins have been marked like the others??? Wouldn't it be a non-regulatory but military model sold in Germany? Thanks in advance! have a g ood day!
