Unknown tripod MEI

Could you tell me what this tripod is for?
M10 screw, the same serial number on top head and body. Moving head - adjustable.
Maybe K-Blinkgerat ?

MEI made camera tripods and, as it looks fairly lightweight, I'd go for that.

Kleines Gestell 31, all parts non-magnetic, standard issue tripod for SF 14, RK 31 and other late Reichswehr/early WH optics, used until the end of the war - see H. Dv. 448/1 Seite 59. Sgt. Bilko is right though; the brass pin on this one has been shortened and threaded in order to mount what seems to be a camera...

I know it's a general purpose Gestell 31, but I was hoping it has a special head.

Try a camera on it and see - it's maybe a post war adaption.
