    Gasmask canister, camoed

Now I have a new camera, I wanted to post some pictures of a gasmask canister I have in my collection for quite some years now. It was found at a flea market in Halle, former Eastern Germany, in the nineties. The canister is the shorter model and dated 1937, while the gasmask has numerous stamps indicating that it is a 1944 issue. In my opinion they have always belonged together. All comments are appreciated. Thank you.

    With all the best,

    Cees

Last one. The pictures came out quite dark, but it is clouded today.

Its not what I'd expect to see. The small spots look like they were made with a hobby & art airbrush. The Wehrmacht and LW used industrial paint sprayers, with a wide spray pattern.

Thanks to all of you for your comments. They are appreciated. The dots aren't brushed, but painted. I have not shown you the bottom of the canister, yet, but will continue this photo sequence in the thread I recently started on the SS forum.
