Hensoldt Wetzlar Dialytan 4X scope Repair

Hello
Today is a day of firsts: #1 First Post to the form & #2 I just acquired a Hensoldt Wetzlar Dialytan 4X scope serial # 12086 and a H Doersch Wiesbaden mount. The scope has the 3 post reticle the center post is moved to the left of center to the point of the post is almost touching the left post point.
The question I have is who repairs these old scopes.
