Help identifying binoculars!

Hello,

can you guys help me on identifying this binoculars? I am new in this world. I come from Croatia, and I inherited this bino from my grandma's friend. It was used by her husband in the Yugoslav People's Army. I checked out the markings, blc should be Carl Zeiss, but I'm wondering whom was it used by initially? What is the current worth of this?
