Have you ever seen the manufacturer code "c l d" ???

cld - MAG, Maschinenfabrik Geislingen-Steige, Werk der Schnellpressenfabrik AG Heidelberg.

I never read that this factory ever made optics .........

Perhaps there is an error in the code table. Have you seen the German original table?

It may be that at some time this manufacturer has changed the code. I dont know ...
But I saw several binoculars with the cld code, and they were all of the design of Dr F. A. Wöhler.

Have you ever seen the German original table ??? I have "Liste der Fertigungskennzeichen für Waffen, Munition und Gerät 1944".
