Although I primarily collect Luftwaffe documents to Kampfflieger einheiten, I do occasionally pick the odd piece of insignia here and there to compliment the documents.
I thought I would put some of these up here over the next few days, there is nothing spectacular as it were however, I do find they look great when photographed with original supporting documents, hence I refer to them as 'Stage Props'.
First up is this pair of Major yellow piped collar patches, the quality in hand really is impressive, and this image really does not do them justice.
