The tunic itself is a british RAF service dress uniform from 1943. I can't remember to ever have seen a photo or any other kind of reference that has shown something like this in german use. It is possible, but then I have to ask myself where any german forces should have been able to capture a british RAF uniform after 1943 for it to then find its way to be used by a latvian/ukrainian volunteer? So I suspect this whole make-up is bad and just worth the sum of parts.
