Uknown Luftwaffe Fl Marked Lamp

I picked this up at the weekend, it appears to be a inspection lamp, it is Fl marked but I can't read the number, and the lamp itself is odd in that it is fixed to the battery case over the makers detail and what looks Werk number details ?
Has anyone seen one of these before ?
