Officer’s bullion breast Eagle

Hello,

At first glance I liked this eagle. But I was looking at it (and other bullion eagles) and I noticed the eagle I posted has a narrow back end of the bird and the beak looks different than other examples I was able to find. I have read these eagle can vary since they are hand stitched AND I am far from being an expert so I wanted to get a second opinion on this one.

I can only agree with the other opinions : an original insignia... You will find many period photographs with that thin tailed eagle.
