Hello. It is very hard to put a value on this. Because it is a post war modified piece, expect to pay less than a $1000? A nice example with strap is currently going for around $3,000 and it is in great condition. Despite the inner workings being untouched I would pass on this piece as the case is modified and if and when it comes to resale the piece, you would be out of luck as these modified watches are very hard to sell. I agree with Martin, it is only a curiosity now. Value is the movement and that is about all. I would pass unless it is very cheap.
