I was hoping that someone could clarify the various numerals printed inside a pair of Luft breeches.

Specifically, which ones are for:
leg length
waiste circumference

IMO the numbers on the left side are reversed .
I don't explain the 50 ?
Could it be a post war Berlin PO breeches ? Pics of the whole breeches ?

109 is the total lenght, 96 between the legs.
