I have had this eagle for a while as I Got it in a trade. Could some one help me out on What it is or surpossed to be?
It is smaller than a breast eagle so I guess it is intended for a cap of some sort? It has a thick layer of Glue on the back, maybe to preserve it or from being in an album perhaps?
