From these pictures (which are not perfect), it appears to be an original jacket with the breast eagle removed. A number of the buttons have been replaced; pebbled tunic buttons are not correct on these jackets.

Looks like a fine original to me,just missing a breast Eagle which you should be able to obtain through the WAF wanted board..
