warming electric camo blanket for planes ?

Hello guys,

I placed yesterday this post in heer militaria forum but I think this forum is a best place. Sorry for the moderator.
In the fact, the tan water camouflage pocket is made with a very thin fabric like parachute fabric. May be this is a little ( 35 cm x 25 cm ) electrical warming blanket used in planes. I suppose ...
The electrical plug and the power regulator are made with bakelite.
I found no Waa.

Postwar civilian made with wartime material, camo cloth is from winter padded parcas.
Had once same one from fleamarket, came with original box.
