What is the official designation of the kombi pictured here?

I know this is basically the winter variant of the K So/34, but does it have an official designation of its own?

K is for Kombination
W is for Winter
l is for Land
33 is for year of introduction

I am speaking by head, no reference book now at hand; not sure whether if it 33 or 34.

The 's' version for flight over sea, was made out of brown leather
