To remove the paitnt, try with methylated spirits, in case this no works with white spirit. And if this not work, spray it with oven cleaning spray. Wait 5 or 10 minutes and try to clean with a cloth.

Since this is a spinner for a JU 88 D1 , I have found a Nice pic of a wreck here in norway but since it is BW I Wonder what colour scheme it was? best C
