He does not own any of the items photographed, and recommends payment for your safety using a escrow type service , in which a fake ebay escrow service email(phish) is sent to you for a ebay checkout (FAKE),with a request to the bay escrow account in british barclay bank account for payment. He claims he was living in germany and moved to britian recently, he gives a british address,
