    Unit Stamp Inside This Visor Cap?

    Anyone know what it is?

    Since it is a signals visor cap I am assuming that the "LN" portion refers to "Luft Nachrichten".

    Any thoughts would be appreciated!

    Actually, I just found what seems to be the answer.
    Someone had a Luftwaffe blade with similar markings.
    It looks like it stands for "Luftnachrichten Ersatz Abt", or Luftwaffe Signals Replacement Battalion.
    I believe the "II" refers to issuance of the cap.
    Not sure what the "14" means?

      Bill, I agree on the first part. But since there were quite a few "LN Ersatz Abteilungen" I suspect the "II" is for the second "Abteilung". And the "14" is likely to be the subunit. Perhaps "Kompanie".
