White on Black Breast Eagle

Hi guys,

Does anybody see anything wrong with this eagle. It is supposed to be white on black but when I compare it to an SS eagle it almost looks more dark blue than black.

What do you think?

It is an original. And it look black to me as well. That would make it a HG Panzer wrap eagle.
